Arts Midwest World Fest presents Le Vent du Nord

Considered a driving “tour de force” in the progressive Quebec francophone music scene, Le Vent du Nord captures the energy and mirth of a Saturday night hoedown, infusing traditional music with inspired and artful innovation. Since its founding in 2002, the members of Le Vent du Nord have toured the world as willing musical and cultural ambassadors. With masterful showmanship, the band uses fiddle, accordion, bass, hurdy-gurdy, piano, vocals, and foot percussion, combined with infectious energy and stunning musicianship, to deliver jaw-dropping performances.
Le Vent du Nord is visiting Adrian as part of the Arts Midwest World Fest.
Le Vent du Nord will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 21, at the Madison High School Performing Arts Center, 3498 Treat Highway, Adrian.
